What you need to know about JiTap’s developing Mombasa pilot.
Is JiTap already available everywhere in Mombasa?
No. JiTap is testing a limited Mombasa pilot, starting with Bamburi and Nyali.
Does submitting a request guarantee a service provider?
No. Submission is not a confirmed provider match or job. The availability of an active intake channel will be shown honestly.
Are all providers verified?
The provider review process is still developing. Do not assume all providers have undergone identity, licensing or background checks.
Does the website take payments?
No. Customer fees, payment status, refund rules and integrations need separate approval and testing.
How do I apply as a fundi?
Visit the provider application page, share your skills and general service areas, and consent to onboarding contact.
Can I use JiTap as a customer and a provider?
The product vision is one JiTap account with switchable customer and provider modes. This is not yet fully operational.
